Mao Chuan has the capabilities of designing, building, running and maintaining tool and die in house. Every progressive die can be setup in our power progressive stamping machine for high speed part production which is ranging in size from 30 to 200 tons and combined with automatic feeding system. Mao Chuan utilizes its in house progressive stamping capabilities to incorporate compound blanking, coining, drawing, shaving, forming, and in-die tapping and manufacture many styles of parts. To complement precision stamping process, Mao Chuan can provide customers with wide range of secondary processes, such as welding, riveting, plating, coating, heat treatment, vibration, and other finishing operations.
