Very short implementation times for new tools, significantly reduced manufacturing costs and fast, 100% reproducible setup operations – these are the decisive advantages of the new Leantool concept in conjunction with the Bihler servo stamping and forming machines RM-NC and GRM-NC. Thanks to the rapid implementation time from initial inquiry all the way to production, savings of more than 50% compared to bending tools on mechanical equipment can be achieved with new tools. New stamped and formed parts can be brought to market ahead of the competition and at a lower cost, even in very small batch sizes.
