Edge milling machine ALME edgemill series 500:
The edgemill is a stationary edge milling machine for the efficient bevelling of plates and bars. Its patented, infinitely variable feed rate allows edges to be machined without requiring the work piece to be clamped. The infinitely variable swivelling capability of its milling spindle allows any milling angle across a range of 30 to 60°. The maximum bevel height that can be achieved by the edgemill 500 is 22 mm. Depending on the specific equipment of the machine, the speed of the milling spindle can be infinitely adjusted by frequency converter. Option: round milling device for machining round parts; table extensions. The series 500 allows all materials to process that can be machined.
