For decades now, ASCO DATA has been developing and marketing highly-automated solutions for the efficient processing of sheet-metal. Based on its high-quality standard modules for cutting und bending, the company develops customer-specific solutions displaying a high degree of efficiency. ASCO customers come from all sectors in the capital and consumer goods industries as well as their suppliers, primarily in Europe. These customers always manufacture exactly the required quantities, thus automatically shortening their throughput times and reducing the material inventory levels. Here ASCO delivers the necessary data “just in time” – supported by interfaces to all commonly used ERP/MRP systems and by direct interfaces to CAD systems.

Products & Services

The ASCO DATA software supports all processes for the cutting and bending of parts: automated programming and nesting for punching and lasering, waterjet, flame-cutting and plasma-cutting, contour milling and all combined technologies for sheets and coils, profiles and pipes, together with the capability of variant programming. Viability analyses with offline programming modules are available for edging and slew-bending. Machine workload and control, sequence planning, version control, part transport optimization, accountable archival and paperless manufacturing are just a few of the organizational highlights. Analysis tools for determining tool requirements, optimized output formats and similar-parts detection round off the broad palette.
