Company Profile

August Mink KG, founded in 1845, started out as a small brush manufacturer and has over the years developed to become a worldwide market leader in the manufacture of technical brushes for machinery and plant engineering. The medium-sized and family-run company offers innovative solutions particularly for conveying, supporting and gliding as well as fixing, sealing and guiding applications. Over six million brushes are manufactured annually. A wealth of ideas, innovations and continuous improvement of products and processes ensure competitive advantages for the customers.

Products & Services

Surface quality requirements in the sheet metal industry are constantly rising. Conventional steel roller balls and steel rollers often lead to scratching on sensitive metal surfaces, resulting in increased scrap rates. Mink Brushes offers conveying solutions and assembly table worktops that protect surfaces and can be integrated in your existing workstations. The sheet metal is thus supported by thousands of flexible bristle tips. Dirt and particles fall between the bristle bundles and friction is considerably reduced compared to a fully surfaced worktop. Different degrees of bristle hardness on the brush panels are possible thanks to the variety of available bristle diameters.
