Our company is a family company and through the years a leading manufacturer for standard and custom built roll-formers, permanent as well as mobile. Roll forming machines are used for the production of:

• Gutters for the greenhouses horticulture sector
• Roof and wall panels for construction or inside the buildings
• Rail crash and sound shore of the auto ways
• Profiles for storage systems
• Profiles in all kinds of design and shapes.

Products & Services

The machines are appropriate for processing sheet metal from sheet or coil. Materials to be used are steel, coated steel, aluminium, zinc and stainless steel.

The flat sheet will be formed during the process into the shape as requested by the customer. The engineering department is specialised in developing complete automated or computerised machines for roll-forming steel. Machinery Pasterkamp is using various advanced software programmes such as the Copra programme which enjoys international appreciation.

The combination of bending and cutting the profile is technically very efficient and advantageous. The products are produced from plate steel in our compact machines with numerous possibilities regarding lengths and bends.
