The companies Gerd Wolff Maschinenfabrik GmbH und BKM Bolender Maschinenkonstruktion GmbH are designing, constructing and manufacturing finishing lines for the cold rolling mill industry and steel service centres.
We develop permanently new technologies in order to simplify the operation of the lines:
● Revolving tool changer:
This patented system for changing tools on slitting lines carries out the knife exchange very quickly. The operator can work at his preferred working height. The knife change is carried out automatically.
● Cut-to-length shear
Start-Stop operation and flying shear stand integrated in one shear
● separated brake stand
● Oil-film laminator that applies a very thin oil-film onto the coil
