Products & Services

Virtek® LaserQC® non-contact rapid inspection system, employs lasers to capture more than 500 data points per sec., measures the accuracy of two-dimensional parts to tolerances within 0.05 mm.
• Ideal for first-article inspection and reverse engineering requirements. Compares the finished product to a CAD file, produces a detailed report with all dimensions and deviations from tolerances. These reports help users meet their ISO, TQM, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing reporting requirements.
• Helps manufacturers maximize the "green light" time of costly production equipment. Operators can perform first article inspection without delay and authorize production run, maximizing production time and minimizing costly bottlenecks to production.
