Products & Services

"SEPT MILL ROLLS" are constructed of individual discs cut from synthetic non-woven fiber web. They are compressed and bonded together with a special resin binder system to form a cylindrical monobloc sleeve. The single unified sleeve makes SEPT MILL ROLLS very strong and guarantees a uniform hardness on the entire length with an increased resistance to wear at the edges of metal sheets.

They can be used for neutral & chemical applications as wringer/squeegee rolls, oilers/ deoilers (Sendzimir Lines) as well as for all other applications (Pinch/Tension/Deflector rolls) where a high coefficient of friction is needed to avoid any problem of slippage or aquaplaning.

Flap brushes made from abrasive nylon are also part of the SEPT portfolio.
