Established in 2006, Ensitech is the award-winning inventor, manufacturer and exporter of the TIG Brush ® Stainless Steel Weld Cleaning System.

Combining expertise in electrical engineering and chemistry, the Australian-owned company supplies products the welding/metal fabrication industry which are a major safety advancement and provide users with a rapid return on investment by significantly increasing the efficiency of weld cleaning and surface finishing operations.

Since the Australian launch of the TIG Brush in 2008, Ensitech has continuously developed the system and its products are now exported to more than 10 countries in Europe, Asia and beyond.

The TIG Brush Stainless Steel Weld Cleaning System uses a range of low-toxicity fluids, in conjunction with a conductive brush and electro-chemical process, to:
- prepare metal surfaces for welding
- remove staining from the heat-affected zone post-welding
- passivate the surface
- protect the finished surface
- optionally mark ("etch") metal products.

This system is widely used in food manufacturing and other industries where safety is vital, because it replaces hazardous chemicals (a hydrofluoric & nitric acid compound: "pickling paste"), and processes such as abrasion, that were traditionally used for weld cleaning and metal surface treatment.
