JDC, Inc is a Japanese company operating for over 30 years in the design and construction of patented machinery and components to be installed into slitting lines for the tensioning of metal strips. On beginning of 2012, JDC Japan established JDC International sagl in Switzerland with the mission to promote and sell its machinery into overseas markets.The machinery of JDC are installed into the slitting lines manufactured by the most important European and Asian line makers. They are operating worldwide by the factories of leading producers of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. With a highly qualified technical staff, JDC provides customers a reliable service to ensure a long--term full functionality of the machinery.

Products & Services

The field of application of our machinery is to rewind firm and tight coils and to provide a uniform tension to the slit strips without scratching or marking the coil surface. The machinery of JDC are installed between the loop pit and the recoiler and are particularly suited to be used with easy operation and maintenance work :
• in the slitting lines which mainly process materials with sensitive surfaces
• in the Coil Service Centres that require a frequent alternating between slitting materials with delicate and not delicate surfaces
• in case of processing wet and oily materials
Our machinery can be easily installed in existing slitting line instead of braking rolls and felt press .JDC may assist you in the revamping of the line.
