EuroBLECH 2010

The stand reservation is free. You will only be invoiced once we have received your contract.

First step: Submit your provisional reservation form. Second step: Depending on stand availability, you receive a stand offer. Third Step: Send us your contract (legally binding document). Fourth Step: Order additional services to your stand (i.e. water, electricity).

This depends on the number of open sides on the stand and on whether you choose our Floor Space Only option or the All-In-One-Package. For further information on our stand prices please click here.

Reservations can be made from May 2009. To ensure that your company is placed within its relevant technology sector, early reservation is essential. The stand allocation for EuroBLECH 2010 started in October 2009.

The official deadline to submit your reservation form was 30 September 2009. Floor space reservations are still accepted after this date, however, any subsequent stand offers will be subject to stand availability within the halls.

The hall where your company will be allocated is generally linked to the products you intend to exhibit. You are advised to inform us about your product categories when completing your reservation form. Please note that after the official reservation deadline (30 September 2009), stand offers are subject to the stand availability in the halls. The easiest, most cost and time efficient stand solution is our All-In-One Package. The package offers a series of essential stand services such as rental system stand, stand cleaning, power hook-up as well as a range of marketing services to enhance your visibility before and during the show. For further details, please visit the EuroBLECH 2010 All-In-One Package section. Please note that All-In-One Packages are available for stand sizes from 12m² – 30m².

If you are not interested in our all-inclusive package, a range of shell schemes (rental stand only) is available at an additional cost. You can book these stand systems from April 2010. Detailed information can be found here.

To support your marketing activity before and during the show and increase your visibility at EuroBLECH, we offer a range of free of charge printed and electronic material, such as posters, visitor brochures available in 12 languages, as well as personalised logos and banners. In addition to our free material, you can also book catalogue entries, request outdoor advertising or advertise in our catalogue. Alternatively, you can choose from our Online Marketing Packages, which include a variety of marketing services pre-selected for you.

Firstly we will need to receive your contract. From around April 2010, you will be sent your log in details to access the Online Business Service (OBS) website. This is an online ordering system through which you can order all necessary services to your stand such as electricity, water supply, telephone, etc...

EuroBLECH 2010 will take place in Hanover from 26 - 30 October 2010.
