Visa for Visitors
Do you need a letter of invitation for your travel visa so that you can visit EuroBLECH 2012 in Hanover, Germany?
Please note that a letter of invitation will only be issued to visitors on the condition that a season ticket for EuroBLECH 2012 is purchased (tickets are available from August 2012).
To arrange your letter of invitation, please contact the relevant foreign representative of Deutsche Messe AG. The contact details for all representatives can be found here. (Please note that some representatives deal with visa enquiries from several countries.)
A small number of countries are not covered by a representative. Please click here to see a list of those countries. If there is no representative for your country, please print out the application form and fax it in good time to +49 (0)511 89 32292 or email it to incoming@messe.de. A letter of invitation will then be issued free of charge as soon as possible.
Letters of invitation will be sent exclusively by fax or post. If you prefer to have this letter delivered by courier, you will need to hire a courier service independently and bear the associated costs.
