Jansen AG, founded in 1923 and based in Oberriet, Switzerland, develops, manufactures and markets welded and drawn precision steel tubes, steel profile systems and plastic products for the construction industry and wider industrial use. Since 1978, Jansen has also been the exclusive Swiss sales partner of the German firm Schüco International KG. Even today, the Jansen Group remains a 100% family-owned concern. The very latest production facilities and continuous investment in quality assurance and employees have earned Jansen products a name synonymous with Swiss quality and innovation all over the world. The Jansen Group has a global workforce of over 1,000. The company achieved a turnover of CHF 300 million in 2011.
Produits et services
The development and production of first-class quality cold-rolled and cold-drawn precision and formed steel tubes for all sorts of applications are among Jansen's core competences. Using a variety of steelworking processes, such as rolling, drawing and annealing, Jansen produces a wide range of shapes, wall thicknesses and tolerances and optimises the properties of the material for further processing. With its know-how and state-of-the-art plants, Jansen can provide made-to-measure solutions to customers working with Jansen in technology partnerships in a host of different industries. It is therefore not surprising that high-quality Jansen steel tubes can be found for example in the automotive and furniture industries.
