CEMATEK produces metal working machinery.She has fifteen years of experience in design and production of machinery.
The production program covers hydraulic press brakes, corner bead production line, production lines for plasterboard / gypsumplaster profiles.Hydraulic press brakes is extensively used for small metal parts in
whitegoods industry,electrical ,defense,building and metal industry.It is CE certified.
Corner bead production line is equipped with dies and rollers designed and produced by CEMATEK.The line produces corner beads conforming to EN 13658 Starndards.
Production line for plasterboard profies has excellent design and outputs UD,CD ceiling profiles ,CW,UW wall profiles conforming to EN 14195 Standards.

Capacity:30 t,max. thickness: 3mm at 1250 mm length,The back gauge movement :NC(automatic sequential bending,bending angle adjustment : manual.
Multi-piece upper die and single piece lower die with induction hardened ,grinded
-CORNER BEAD PRODUCTION LINE:The line produces corner bead,angle bead and depth gauge profiles up to 70mm coil width and 0.50mm thicknes.Production speed:24m/min(expanded metal corner bead),36m/min (perforated metal corner bead).The line includes de-coiler,eccentric press,rollforming machine,straightener,stacking table & MITSIBUSHI automation system.
-PRODUCTION LINE FOR PLASTERBOARD PROFILE
The line produces UD,CD ceiling profiles and and CW,UW wall profiles at a production 50 meter/min
