BBLaserSurface - Laser Surfacing system
Complete system for Robotic Laser Surfacing.
BBLaserSurface is based on few subsystems which are able to work separately or as a one system.
Module of Technological preparation - based on comparison of 3D Model of Raw- and Final Product.
Hardware module - Safety cell with robot, laser source with accessories, Surfacing head, Powder feeder and complete safety - is build as mobile cell which can be easy transported to the Customer.
Module for automatic Robot trajectories generation is based on comparing of 3D models. Complete simulation and visualization can be done offline.
BBLaserSurface is dedicated for repairing of damaged moulds or different work tools or for surfacing in serial production.
