Get started

Step 1

  • Find your company access code (sent by email and also available in the Lead Manager App within the Exhibitor Hub).

Step 2

  • Download the app: from The App Store or Google Play Store. 

Step 3

  • Log in to Lead Manager App: using your full name and the Company access code provided in the Lead Manager App Welcome email and Exhibitor Hub.
    • If you can’t find the email, check your inbox and junk/spam folder for an email from your show team. If you can’t find your Company access code, contact your Sales Rep or visit Exhibitor Services on site.
    • If you’re capturing leads on behalf of your company, ask your company admin for your company access code or contact the Exhibitors Services on site for help.

Maximise your results

Make sure to follow these recommendations to take full advantage of the Lead Manager App:

  • In the Lead Manager App tile, found the the Exhibitor Hub, add custom questions that can help you qualify connections on the show floor.
  • Make sure all your on-site team has downloaded and tested the app before arriving to the show.
  • Encourage the on-site team to rate and qualify their connections. This will help prioritise and focus your follow-up strategy.

How do I download Lead Manager App?

The App is accessible to your team and can be downloaded from the App Store.

Where is my login information?

The Lead Manager App Welcome email, sent to your company's contact, includes your unique Company ID, Access Code, and a direct link to the lead report. Check your inbox and junk/spam for an email from your show team. If you can't find your Company ID and Access Code, contact your Sales Rep.

How do I download my leads?

A consolidated list of leads can be downloaded via a link in the Lead Manager App Welcome email, accessible only to your company's authorised contact. NOTE: Other app users can only view their own scanned leads.

Does Lead Manager App work with a poor internet connection? Offline?

Yes. You need to be online to download, log in to Lead Manager App, and sync leads. However, scanning and editing can happen offline and will sync automatically once you're back online.

Will my data be shared with visitors?

The connection works both ways. After the Show, visitors get an email listing the exhibitors they visited, including your company's name, contact details, visit date and time, and the contact person's name.

How long will the leads be available to download?

Your leads will remain accessible for 20 days post-show on the app. We advise prompt downloading to kickstart your follow-up strategy effectively.
