The "Young Innovators" joint stand gives start-ups and young companies from Germany a place to present themselves to an international trade audience at EuroBLECH. It's an opportunity to show your product innovations and build valuable contacts.

Present on a Subsidised Joint Stand
Who is this for?
Start-ups and young companies that:
- present newly developed or significantly improved products, processes, and services,
- are based and operate in Germany,
- were founded within the last 10 years,
- work in industry, skilled trades, or technology-focused services,
- employ fewer than 50 people, and
- have an annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than 10 million EUR
What kind of funding is available, and how much?
Participation in the joint stand is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE):
- Funding applies only to the services included in the package and takes the form of a grant (up to 7,500 EUR)
- 60% reimbursement of eligible costs for your first two trade fair participations
- 50% reimbursement of eligible costs for your third trade fair participation.
- A company can claim this funding up to three times for the same trade fair
What's included in the package and covered by funding?
- Stand rental including the AUMA contribution for individual stand space from 12m²
- Registration fee
- Stand construction, including a fascia panel with your company name, carpeting, stand furniture (table, seating, information counter, and brochure stand), lighting, and a power connection with consumption included
- Stand security
- Daily stand cleaning and waste disposal
- Wi-Fi
- Exhibitor passes
- Use of the shared area, including a meeting corner, coffee kitchen, cold and hot drinks, and snacks
- Business Builder Package, including:
- Exhibitor Profile - your detailed company profile on the EuroBLECH website, complete with a large image photo, company logo, social media links, contact details, website link, company description, and product descriptions with photos
- Exhibitor Dashboard - with valuable statistics on your company profile and much more.
- Lead Manager App - more data and better follow-ups, with everything you need to capture and rate leads.
- Colleqt QR Codes - QR codes that extend your reach, strengthen brand awareness, and deliver valuable leads.
- Digital admission vouchers to invite your customers to EuroBLECH
- Free digital advertising materials to promote your participation at the trade fair
- Promotion of the joint stand by the organiser. In addition, participants at the joint stand can receive free advice on trade fair participation from the AUMA – Association of the German Trade Fair Industry
Participation in the joint stand is not eligible for funding if support for taking part in EuroBLECH has already been granted from other public funds (no double funding). The conditions for "de minimis" aid also apply.
